13.Medical Welfare Card
This system subsidizes out-of-pocket medical costs from check-ups at medical institutions for infants, children, people with severe disabilities, and single mothers or fathers. (Medical expenses that are not covered by medical insurance will not be subsidized such as medication containers, doctor’s certificates, hospital room charge)

For single fathers | Single fathers or legal guardians whose combined household income for the previous year (or the year before between January and September) does not reach a set amount, and have a dependent child under 18 years old (until March 31 of the year after they turn 18.) |

14.Disability Booklet
A Disability Booklet that indicates disability level and current condition is issued to disabled people and enables them to receive various welfare services.

15.Daily life Consultation(Emotional and Life Consultation Counter)
Consultation is offered to local citizens who are having trouble or have worries. Their concerns will be listened to in detail and professional support will be provided in accordance with the law.
